What to Expect

Starting therapy is a big decision. Here’s what the process looks like from the first click to the work itself.

  1. The Free Consultation. I start with a free 15-minute call. No intake forms, no pressure. Just a conversation to see if we’re a good fit. You can ask anything. I’ll tell you honestly if I think I can help.

  2. The First Session. I slow down. You don’t have to have your story perfectly organized. We’ll explore what brought you here, what you’ve already tried, and what you’re hoping for. I follow your pace, always.

  3. The Ongoing Work. Sessions are about an hour, weekly or every other week. I use EMDR, IFS, and somatic approaches. Not because it’s trendy, but because these are the tools that actually move the needle on trauma. You’ll notice real changes, not just better coping skills.

Reaching out is the hardest part, and the fact that you’re here means something. I respond to all inquiries within one to two business days. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can see if we’re a good fit before you commit to anything.
