For clients with complex or treatment-resistant trauma, we also offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy as part of a fuller treatment plan.

Jess is EMDRIA-certified, meaning she has a certain level of education and supervision in EMDR. She also has taken classes in EMDR 2.0 and is working on a Somatic EMDR Certification through The Embody Lab. Jess has been practicing EMDR for 5 years. She also earned a Certificate of Completion in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy Theory & Methodology with Journey Clinical.

Every client’s plan is different, but the structure is roughly: we begin with stabilization and resourcing, move into trauma processing once you have the internal resources to tolerate it, and integrate gains into your day-to-day life and relationships. We don’t rush the prep phase, and we don’t process trauma without consent, container, and capacity in place.
